I think Couchsurfing makes traveling even more awesome. You actually bond with someone from the place you're in, and both of you can actually exchange cultures and learn from each other.

It's much better than regular "touristing" since you get to know the place you're in for real.

Rock and Roll comes first; but I also often listen to Blues, Reggae, Classical Music, and of course my homeland's music: Samba.

When it comes to movies, I always like those which you can learn something from; or that are actually intellectually challenging. I don't like stupid comedies.

Favorite books are mostly on Philosophy . I also like classics, such as Alighieri, and even Shakespeare sometimes.
20th century favorite authors are mostly beat generation, such as Kerouac and Bukowski.
I also like to write and read poetry.

I come from Brazil, a country with great diversity of culture that I can share and show to whoever is interested in. I love to exchange cultural experiences.

I can teach you to strum some chords at a guitar. Or at the piano. Or blow some notes at the harmonica.

I can teach how to drink, gamble, and to acquire new bad habits.

And I'm willing to learn anything you have to teach me as well.
