ABOUT ME

I'm 25 years old and live in Utrecht, the most beautiful city of Holland. I work at a publishing house where I write books for people who want to learn Dutch. I am really crazy about food. I LOVE cooking, but also going out to eat. And I really love bread and bread-related kind of food. No sandwich is safe when I'm around ;).
I also like acting and going to the theatre. When I'm at home, I love to have friends around to talk and just hang out. I also enjoy playing board and card games. When I go out, I usually go for a drink with friends, but every now and then I need to go dancing to blow off some steam.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that everyone should be able to do whatever he wants (whitin boundries, so without deliberately harming others). I think every person has the capacity to make everything happen that he or she wants. I have strong allergies against social pressure ;).
Ans I think cats should take over the world some day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm hoping to meet lots of new people and learn from their cultures and experiences. In return I can cook great food and show surfers around town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just started participating in CS, so I have only one experience so far (a great bike trip). But I'm hoping to visit many more events in the future and host people at my house and maybe someday go surfing myself.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

My musical taste is really quite shizophrenic: I like everything from ABBA to H.I.M. to Lily Allen, but in general I like easy listening pop music (very suitible to sing along to, when no one can hear it).

My movie taste also varies a bit. I love 'easy on the eye' romcoms such as How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Music&Lyrics, 13 going on 30, but also films that are more fantasylike, such as The 10th Kingdom, The Golden Compass, Harry Potter, anything Tim Burton made. Other favorites: Sunshine Cleaning, Hachi.
