ABOUT ME

Since I was a little child, I loved to travel. Together with my family I was lucky to see a great part of Europe. In the last years I happened to grow very fond of France in particular. In Vienna, I study "Transcultural Communications English French". I lived in Nancy, France, where I was spending an ERASMUS semestre.

I am an open-minded and curious girl. I am into experienceing new things and keen on getting to know other people from other countries and cultures, which pretty much is the philosophy of this network, that I appreciate a whole lot.

PHILOSOPHY

We cannot choose in which world/country/town, at which time and in which social class we are born. It is the challenge of our lives to cope with it and try to do our best. So, we need to encounter others with tolerance and without prejudice.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the time being I am quite involved in my studies, but I would really like to host people from time to time. SO, write to me and maybe I got time to show you around!
Other than that I surfed some couches in France and Switzerland.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Actually, I am still quite a freshman, as I only had a few CouchSurfing experiences. One summer I went on an Interrail-trip through France and Italy during which I got to know very interesting and sympathetic people. In Berlin and Vienna I met up with some people and showed them around. Furthermore, before creating my own profile I simply joined my brother in Oslo for example :)

What I could do, is share my worldview with you and discuss some communication, culture and tolerance issues, if you like. Well, and besides that, we'll figure out what I could potentially teach you. I am convinced, I still got a lot to learn and that is why I am keen on getting to know other people, to understand them and the world they're living in a little better.
