To survive grad school and go out into the world again and find/make a life of travel and caring for the earth and its creatures.

ABOUT ME

I am a mother of two grown kids. I worked in the travel business most of my life until I got laid off and then I went back to school and got a second major in Environmental and Sustainable Studies. I am now in grad school studying Sustainable Tourism. I hope to one day live somewhere warm where I dont ever have to wear shoes unless I want to! I love travel, soccer (futbol), learning, meeting new people and exploring new places.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in karma. I like the teachings of the Buddha although I dont really consider myself of any religion. Live and let live.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am just starting with the couch surfing idea. I wish they would have had this when I was younger!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I said, I am just starting. Now that my daughter has gone away to school, I usually have an empty bedroom, complete with a real bed! Haven't had any takers on it yet, but maybe now that ski season is starting again, I will get my first surfer!

兴趣

Crazy about soccer! Especially Real Salt Lake, Real Madrid, Barca (yes, I like both...), San Lorenzo, Fulham. I am also, conveniently a sports photographer and love taking photos while traveling. Interested in environmental and human issues. Like hiking and camping and learning about new people and places.
