About Me
Hi!!
I am a young professional who wants to take some time away from the 9 to 5 office work. For the last three years, I have been working as a manager in the food business, specialized in organic, vegan and gluten-free food. Now it's time to go travel, discover new places, cultures and people!
As a person, I am curious!! I am always looking to learn new stuff even more when it fits my passion. I really love Food from the way it grows, to the way it is transformed or prepared and how it affects our body and the environment. I am also pretty sociable and I love to meet new people. Finally, I enjoy being in nature a lot! The sentence that would describe me the most: Everything is about balance :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I can't find one unique movie, music or book!! I enjoy discovering too much! In the moment I listen to indie/folk/acoustic and electronic music. I really enjoy Bonobo's last album.
Lately I discovered a local publisher called "La Peuplade" and I fell in love with their books (well with the ones I read). They all have in commun to take place in Northern territories...
I am a documentaries geek, but I must say that I have fallen behind on the latest novelties. I would enjoy to have suggestions :)
