Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really open when it comes to music. I don't have a genre that I like. I can go from very mellow old school hip hop (A Tribe Called Quest) to upbeat house music (Afrojack, Chainsmokers). I think it all depends on my current mood and the situation. I really like listening to new artists and expanding my musical pallet or taste.

In terms of movies and books…I feel the same way. But for movies I really like sic-fi or other movie types that talk about some sort of futuristic movie. Movies I really liked were The Matrix, District 9, Minority Report. But other movies are good too like City of God, etc. Basically I like em all :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Checked out Dubai in 2011. It was interesting to see not only the riches there, but the cultural monuments and how the average hard laborer lived as well.

Summer 2014:
-I watched the world cup final match (Argentina vs Germany) match in Plaza San Martín in Buenos Aires. Over 50,000 people cheering, going crazing, and destroying the city center after the match. I also had the opportunity to watch Portugal vs. Germany live in Brasilia, Brazil. Amazing atmospheres, never gonna forget that.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've had a great time in college meeting people, finding more about myself, and becoming a more well rounded person. But bettering yourself and really getting to know who you are is a lifelong thing. I hope that traveling and meeting fellow couch surfers and couch hosts can help me learn more about myself and give me the opportunity to meet more people.
