Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Promote science, integrate spirituality, and practice compassion
ABOUT ME
I'm vegan, alcohol-and-drug-free, progressive-minded, and enjoy exploring practical spirituality. Right now, by day I work developing a non-profit that promotes effective use of mobile & web tech in behavioral health, and I'm working on a related mobile app. I'm into health, happiness, yoga, addiction recovery, and the general cause of greater compassion in the world. I also love to travel and have served a tour at the Peace Corps HQ in DC.
PHILOSOPHY
Awaken, love, and serve.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Elephants are my favorite animal. I was in Pondicherry, India at the Ganesh temple there, in October 2010 when a beautiful, enormous elephant named Lakshmi surprised me by cuddling me in close with her trunk. A small, favorite moment of my life. Animals are so much smarter, kinder, and wiser than we give them credit for.
