About Me

Hello! I’m Viktoria, originally from Ukraine, and currently living in Germany, learning the language and exploring the culture.

I’m passionate about exploring the world — whether that means hiking or hitchhiking. I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures, and I’m always eager to share stories from my travels.

In my free time, you can find me exploring cities, trying new activities, or simply enjoying good conversation with friends. I believe the best travel experiences come from the people you meet along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m excited to meet open-minded travelers and locals, hear your stories, and explore new places together. Whether it’s an adventure in a new city, a relaxing evening with a good conversation, or sharing a meal, I’m looking forward to creating meaningful connections.

Interests

I’ve always been passionate about languages and studied Spanish philology at university. I enjoy staying active with activities like dancing, climbing, yoga, and snowboarding in winter. Hiking and traveling, especially hitchhiking, are some of my favorite ways to explore new places. I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and discovering different cultures along the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite experiences was volunteering at a small village in France, where I helped create a playground for disabled children. It was an incredibly rewarding experience to see the impact of our work on the children. That project, along with others I’ve been part of, has deepened my understanding of how small actions can make a big difference.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m happy to share my knowledge of Spanish and Ukrainian, exchange travel stories, or even join you for some dance or climbing sessions if you’re up for it! I’m always open to learning something new and making meaningful connections.
