Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Value cultures different than my own, be aware of global issues and empower to make positive change in the world.
ABOUT ME
I am adventurous, caring and I love diversity. I am originally from Baku, Azerbaijan, with my family immigrating to the Northwest, USA when I was 13 years old. I have spent most of my life living in Seattle, WA and in 2013 decided to leave US traveling to South America. I spent a year in various parts of South America where I volunteered in sustainability focused projects and strengthened my Spanish language skills. Throughout the past 18 years of my life, my passion for international adventure has led me to experience many great cultures, share great memories and focus on what we share on this beautiful planet.
During my journey I grew more passionate about sustainability which led me to enroll in a Master in Industrial Ecology program with Leiden and TU Delft University. As of January 2018 I completed my Master program and now joined a start-up called "Baby Green" in Rotterdam.
"Baby Greens" is a venture established in the heart of Rotterdam with the aim of locally producing sustainable and organic Microgreens and sprouts for our fellow citizens.
PHILOSOPHY
The world is a marvelous place! We are all in this together. Smell, taste, learn, reach out, experience and embrace it all. Love Life!
