My name is Viktor Stefánsson, I am born and raised in Reykjavik, Iceland. I am currently working on my BA thesis in Political Science at the Univ. of Iceland.

I am a friendly, open minded coffee addict living in downtown Reykjavik with my boyfriend, Andrean. One of my biggest interests is to travel and experience different cultures, and of course meet new interesting people.
My interests are eating good food, drinking coffee, discussing politics and travelling, arts and more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new to Couchsurfing but I am always looking for cheap and fun ways to travel. It would be a good experience and probably great memories to stay with locals!

I can't really say, there are so many great movies and TV shows to choose from.
I watch everything from The House of Cards TV series to Pokemon.

Choosing books is even more difficult but today I read political-fictions, adventure, sci-fi, criminal.. basically everything.

I am the worst basic music lover.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on a 3 day camping trip to Papandayan, Indonesia with my Boyfriend and 2 other friends. Hiking up the active mountain, experiencing the beautiful Indonesian nature. One of the best memories I have.

I know I should only be mentioning one thing i've done, but in 2012 me and my boyfriend took the PADI licence in Bali. We went diving at a beautiful place in north-west Bali where an old US submarine was sunk. Now, some decades later, this submarine has now been covered by colourful corals.
