A Vila Sergio nasceu do um sonho de um surfista de alma, que há 20 anos atrás esteve em Regência pela primeira vez, e então vendo todo o potencial natural e surfístico do lugar se encantou e desde então foi correr atrás de seu sonho.
Em 2005 voltou e começou a idealizar e construir a pousada Vila Sergio, pousada esta com características de paraíso tal como o lugar. Hoje vivemos e trabalhamos na pousada que não para de crescer e melhorar,construída com materiais de aproveitamento, tais como: madeiras de demolição, vidros reaproveitados e outros aproveitamentos de materiais; tentamos ajudar um pouco de nossa maravilhosa natureza! Hoje Regência esta definitivamente no roteiro de turista amantes da natureza e de surfista em busca de ondas perfeitas. Regência também faz parte de historia do brasil, sendo nascido de suas terras o primeiro herói nacional ``o caboclo bernardo`` sua história de heroísmo encanta a todos que a conhece.

Regência é uma das melhores ondas do Brasil e talvez a melhor esquerda do país,
este é o motivo pelo qual decidi morar e construir minha vida em Regência, Regência tem um pico de surf na boca do rio, esta onda é uma esquerda longa e forte, na praia tem uma onda perfeita forte e tubular, quem acerta a boa nunca esquecera ,pois provavelmente vai ser o tubo da vida.

Regency is one of the best waves in Brazil and perhaps the best left waves of the country,
this is why I decided to live and build my life in Regency, Regency has a surf spot in the river outlet, this wave is a long and strong left, the beach has a strong and tubular perfect wave, who sees the good never forgotten, it will probably be the tube life.

Procuramos voluntários para nos ajudar a evoluir no trabalho de jardinagem,cozinheiros , pessoas que trabalham com madeiras e artesanatos em geral, qualquer pessoa que tenha conhecimento com hotelaria será de grande ajuda.
