Hello Couchsurfers. I am Vilem from the Czech Republic and live in Ostrava.
I am quite new (didn't use it for a long time) at Couchsurfing and would be grateful to meet new people abroad.
What I really like is traveling, my dream is to visit all european countries and witness specific behavior of the land and citizens. My best experience ever was in Switzerland. Summer stay at traditional farm including working in a stable, babysitting and mountain views from my window. And all almost for free.
I like entertainment and adventurous people, good conversation and food.

I like this idea - free traveling, meeting new people and their culture, enjoying the life together; it is very interesting, inspirating.
I can offer a couch in Ostrava. In former industrial city which becomes popular more and more. Maybe you heard about industrial Vitkovice Lower area, Landek park, blackcoal mines, mysterious Beskydy mountains or famous music festivals like Colours of Ostrava, Beats4Love, events like Golden spike, IAAF Continental cup, IIHF 2024 Prague-Ostrava…

I would like to raise awareness about people's participation, interests and activities. I organised many non-formal education programme for youth in my town. E. g. historical event (Celebration of the Czech Republic, Media and Fake news workshop, Round table discussions, Discusion about public transportation in Ostrava, Competition at Archery game, Regional conferece How to be successful, Student parliamentary sessions, voluntary activities...)
