ABOUT ME

"A bunndle of happiness"! I love to give love, I love to listen, I love to understand, I love to share!

I am warm, friendly, easy to talk to and to approach. I am also tidy [perhaps rather useful!] and am willing to tidy!

I love to meet new people. I am a university student and have been able to fully indulge this in my first year. I really enjoy working within the community at university, and giving back to the community which supports my student life.

I also think big part of life should be devoted to fun! While one of my favourite things to do is relax with a good book, I also like to go out- to bars to chat and laugh with my friends, and to clubs to have a good dance! Sports are fun too!! I mainly play VOLLEYBALL (p.s. I am a great supporter of the National Bulgarian Volleyball team!), yoga, aerobics, cycling - love the feeling of doing something relaxing and good for myself! OMG and since I arrived in the capital of the French Alps I have been trying all types of crazy sports, it's amazing!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think that the idea of exchanging ones own knowledge is absolutely brilliant! I want to fully participate in this scheme and help to build a fully developed point of educational exchange.

Individuals have so much to give, and this would brilliantly facilitate this....My favourate quotation...."All ideas begin in the mind of one man".... and if we can combine all of these ideas, there is no limit to our knowledge!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted couchsurfers, couchsurfed myself and participated in other couchsurfing events - it is all really brilliant! My favourite summer activity is to host couchsurfers from all over the world in my house in Bulgaria, not only they love it but my whole family and neighbourhood adores meeting them :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

SIFE - Students in Free Enterprise! I have participated in SIFE for 3 years now and I HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE. Our projects touch the disadvantage community and the positive impact we leave changes people lifepaths. We work on the philosophy "Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime" - this is the main concept on which all our SIFE projects are based and as much as I love talking about it, I will stop now and will leave you to discover more about it if you are interested :) It is just truly amazing to see the difference a small group of student volunteers could have on a person's confidence, happiness and future.

Teach, Learn, Share

I study International Business with French and I am most fascinated by the concept and application of social business. I am also very interested in philosophy and topics such as knowledge, life and death, ancient philosophy, scence and religion. I do enjoy deep conversations and i think it is one of the best learning methods! I can engage myself in long and thoughtful talks so if you are up for a good chat, it will be a pleasure for me ;)I love discussions and would equally love to listen to other people's thoughts about the nature of our world and the lives that populate it to widen my own perspectives.
