ABOUT ME

Born in 1970 to a Brazilian mother and American father, I have always been eager to explore the intersections between different perspectives. Keeping an open heart and mind is valuable to me, and this is the spirit I strive to maintain in my travels. Music and languages are my main professions and hobbies, but I enjoy all creative expressions. I love to eat, drink, and improvise. Each moment offers a new possibility...

PHILOSOPHY

I take to heart the concept of Karma, or the Golden Rule: "What goes around comes around"/"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Therefore I try to be generous with and understanding of the other beings present in my sphere. I grew up in a household practicing Tibetan Buddhism, so this way of perceiving the interdependence of phenomena seems very natural to me.
Some quotes I recall are "It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all."; "Life is a banquet, and most of these poor fools are starving to death!" remind me to react to life's challenges with openness and trust rather than fear.

I would like to visit with some strange and wonderful people when I am in Budapest this month. I have a place to stay, so it would be splendid if you could show me around your beautiful city, or just share one place with me that you truly enjoy.

I love music, art, dancing, eating, drinking and other life-enhancing activities. I am a musician, so I like singing and playing guitar, bass, cavaquinho, as well as creating and composing music using computers. Creating!
