ABOUT ME

I’m sorry to start this saying that if you´re thinking about sending me a request, please read my profile and think if it is interesting for us to meet each other. You have to know that if you´re just looking for a free bed, Couch Surfing do not fit with your project.
I like how welcoming and cosmopolitan Madrid is, but for me here people lacks of commitment with the community… party and dirks are not my priorities… I prefer the CS´s local exchange trading system, self-managed social centers, dinners at home, workshops, sports, dance and activities where I can create something interesting and see the true colors of the people.
Now I´m working as a tennis and padel teacher full time, before I was mixing this job with graphic design. I´m happier working with persons, being my own boss, and introducing some kind of personal growth into my service (I´m working on being a better listener).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Because of my job I cannot travel much so I´m just hosting at the moment... it is a little like traveling.
I´m not interested in sharing my flat with someone who just wants a free bed, for me it has more to do with “traveling together”. It does not means we should spend a lot of time together, it means you will have a human approach to the city and I will have a human approach to someone who is from another city or county... hope you understand and agree.
Little by little I’m starting to help at the LETS group in Madrid.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very positive in general, it is giving a new dimension to my live, although lately I´m quite tired of receiving requests from free loaders.
CouchSurfing fits with my philosophy of exchanging anything in a very human way. I´m not interested in people that wants’ to surf my couch just to save money. For me hosting is about sharing, not charity.
Lately I´ve been looking forward to start using CS to travel with my partner. She likes CS very much and shares with me this longing.

兴趣

I´m interested in going out at night (not too late), art, practice english, self-managed social centers, personal growth (basically I like focusing), sports, contact improvisation, clown workshops. (tennis, padel). Furthermore talks, sharing, helping, being helped...
