About Me
Current mission... getting the best travel, social, and life experiences possible and meeting awesome people along the way!
I'm an easy going, open-minded guy. Love adventure, getting to know and connecting with others, easy to please and go with the flow. I'm always up to show people around my city and go out for meals or drinks.
I'm new to Boston but always up to explore together! Live in a great, suburban part of the city a block from the beach with easy and short transit option into downtown.
Spent most of my career working for architectural design firms. Jumped into project management after getting a masters and currently helping those experiencing homelessness (individuals, families, veterans) by building more affordable housing. Come from being a Project Architect (helped design the 181 Fremont tower in San Francisco), but the work I'm involved in now gives me much more purpose and satisfaction. I started my career as a Project Manager for a nonprofit doing offshore lighthouse restoration...still convinced this was the best thing to ever come from Craigslist. I've taught a few college classes on sustainability, ecology, and architectural drafting and loved it.
I'm an Irish citizen and one of six siblings. My mom is one of 12 and dad is one of 5, and everyone is back in Ireland. I go back as much as possible, country-hopping as much as possible on those trips.
Love road trips in my classic Mercedes station wagon with 400,000 miles (640,000km), enjoy working on it myself and with my car friends, but I'm starting to run out of projects for it! I love meeting new people and making new memories. How rich you are in life is how much you've lived, the experiences you've made and the people in your life.
