ABOUT ME

I'm Indian living in France for doing my PhD. I'm calm with lot of positive, who love to spend time with nature and self :). I think a lot about future of this planet.
Lately, I realized the importance of self and tantra energy and started practicing deep breathing to maintain peace inside me and also practice real Yoga(eating, sleeping, waking, bathing at the right time in a disciplined manner is a real yoga apart from aasanas).

Besides, I also love delicious Indian food and of course French food too, some times I try to cook some of my mothers recipe's, which superb tasty :)

Happiness, is one important ingredient in human life along with other emotional ingredients. So, I try to keep myself happy.

Overall, I'm simple human being, who likes to lead simple, calm and pleasant life.

PHILOSOPHY

-Live and Let live :) I'm not afraid of facing bad times, because bad times has got its own weightage to let us experience good.

I can teach yoga, meditation along with cooking of delicious Indian dishes.
