About Me

Grew up in The Netherlads, Goningen on the boder of the city and the farmingfields, soon as i discovered a bit more about society, economics and industrie I started to look for alternative ways to live and so i got involved in catering organic food on festivals throughout the Netherlands.

As you share stories about your hopes, wants and needs during the evenings after a long day of catering on a festival, a friend advised me about becoming an organicfarmer, after hearing my displeased vibe towards food industrie and my interest in forests, medicinal herbs and permaculture.

So I went looking for such a school and what do you know, there was an biodynamic-agricultural school in The Netherlands!
So ever since i started that study in 2013 i've been working with organic and biodynamic farmers.
And now i've planned to travel to Costa Rica to learn Tropical farming and more about medicinal herbs.
Hopefully find a way to make a living there, build a house and work together on a farm with likeminded people.

Besides cultivating fruit, veggies and herbs, a schoolgarden for primaryschool children is something i would like to provide in the near future.
I enjoyed it very much as a young child to go to our small 1 x 1 meter. gardens and take care for the plats.
The whole atmosphere was magical.
Thats a goal i like to perceive in life.

While having a home where i can invite family an friends to share the bounty of farming life.
Bonfires, dances, music and wholesome food!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hostels are great but all the people coming in and out plus the snoring can be alot at times to rest before a flight or during a long trip.

I think that coachsurfing at someones house suites me well.
I enjoy getting to know people and cook together, share some stories, keep it simple and have a good nights rest.

Loving people

Teach, Learn, Share

Permaculture principles and about organic/biodynamic-farming.
Maybe some esoteric stories, it all depends on the person that i'm with, what sort of things come up to share.
My interests are very broad so to say, not really an expert in a certain area except the most in organic food catering and wholistic farming, lot of people experience and exploring human emotion, intuition, ralationship, familie bonds, those kind of things.
Truly interested in everything that encompasses human life.
