My name is Vincent Alexandre Muambi. I am an aspiring traveller and independent author of crime novels. I have a burning desire to travel to foreign places, write, and learn languages. I hope to meet as many people as I can who share similar passions and interests as mine.

My last recent travels was in Montreal, Quebec in the summer of 2015 and visiting New York City in the Easter weekend of 2017. Both visits were wonderful experiences for me coupled by meeting lots of new people and making friends. I intend to do more in the near future!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my first time using Couchsurfing. I am currently making plans to travel through the Americas and Western Europe for summer in the next several years and I'd love to meet with regular people in foreign places. I want to make new friends and enjoy exciting experiences.

My favourite music is Hip Hop (years 1985-1994), 90s dance music, classical music, and Congolese soukous. My favorite films are: Batman Begins, The Dark Knight Rises, The Dark Knight Rises, Terminator, Terminator II, Bourne Trilogy, James Bond films starring Daniel Craig and Sean Connery, Watchmen, Die Hard, American Pie, The Patriot, Braveheart, Hook, and Gladiator starring Russell Crowe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've self published a novel. Now I'm working on a second one. I hope to write twenty or more in my lifetime!

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn and speak French, Portuguese Brazilian, Korean, Japanese, and Spanish. I also want to learn some web designing and advance my writing techniques. Plus, as a future host I'd gladly welcome people who are traveling through Canada and want to learn some English. I love language learning and exchange!
