Overview
About Me
I've traveled quite a bit and I've met incredible people. I've couch surfed before in Spain and Germany, but that was before having an account and I did it by word of mouth. This is a new profile.
I recently moved back in with my family and don't really have a place to host, unfortunately. But I used to host when I had my own place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like to travel and I've consider it a blessing that I've been able to do so. I come from a humble home and do my best to find ways to get along this globe. MY pockets aren't deep and I'm pretty sure I have a hole in one of them, so Couch surfing can help someone like me ( limited funds ). But the best part about this is meeting new people. Meeting folks kind enough to open up their homes to other folks; that's priceless.
It also feels like traveling should be done. Like in the old movies and books. A group of dwarves finds refuge in farmer's barn. A pilgrim is allowed space in a families living room. That could be us :)
Interests
Plants, hiking, playing the guitar, writing, gardening, concert going, exploring, making crafts, trying to be funny (I imagine these are pretty similar to many people on this site).

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm fond of children books and adventure novels. Also a huge poetry nut.
I listen to all music and like nothing more than making playlists for my trips.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've caught fish with my bear hands.
Teach, Learn, Share
I offer all the knowledge I have to the people I know. At least those who gladly take the knowledge. I teach folk how to play the guitar, make fires, fish, crafts, how to be kind and just about anything else.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Time - a song - stories - all I've got.
