Im a simple guy from germany. Still goin to school but will finish it this year. I had not done any journey around the world or stuff like this. Dont saved trees in the amazon or whales in the antarctic sea. I just love to travel in europe and will start a little adventure this year, because i go to new zeeland for one year (like many other people).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Weird question..
"Meet and Stay with Locals All Over the World", thats the slogan from couchsurfing and it it also the reason why im at couchsurfing. Too meet other people and visit other places. I want to see the real lifestyle when im travelling in other countries. I really hate mass tourism!

Im a big fan from woody allen and collect DVDs from him.

- there is a brilliant german comedian. his name ist Marc-Uwe Kling. Im love his trilogy "Die Känguru Chroniken". Its about the life from guy and his communistic kangaroo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2 years ago i walked the Jacob Trail in germany. We was lost in a small town near stuttgart. It was a rainy and stormy night, so we searched for a place to sleep but nobody wanted to accommodate us. Even the pastor said no.
We went to a "russian" church and were warmly received.
A man took us to his family (he had 5 children a wife and even a relative who visited him for some days) and gave us food and drink and we could sleep there one night. This night we talked a lot about religion and the whole situation on this planet.
That was charity!
