Overview
About Me
I was born and raised close to Munich and studied psychology and medicine mostly in Germany. However, I was also lucky enough to get some opportunities to go abroad during my studies. I was in Wales for a semester, then in Australia for a research project and just recently in Zambia for three months for a clinical experience. I am a very curious person and love meeting new people from all around the globe.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I always found that living in a city abroad is such a huge difference to simply travelling and visiting a country as a tourist. And I guess, that's why I like couchsurfing - you get the opportunity to see a certain place through the eyes of someone who lives there and get to experience the place completely different...

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: My father owns three arthouse cinemas so I basically grew up in the cinema. That's why I love film in all its variety - Chaplin and Hitchcock are among my favorites, but also Zygantsiev, or Aronofsky.
Books: I love to read - my favorite authors would probably be Dostojevski, Hesse or Elliot Perlman, but I also love Harry Potter or the Cicero trilogy by Robert Harris ;-).
What I Can Share with Hosts
A nice evening out in town with a couple of drinks. Or good discussions about politics, sports, travelling stories or if nothing else works, even the weather ;-)...
