Born in Shenyang, China, did most of my growing-up in Canada.

Since 2013 I've set off adventuring with the intention of actually seeing the world a bit and finding my place in it before deciding what I want to do in it/for it.

My adventures brought me to my ancestral home of China, feels right to stick around and hang out for a bit.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I've surfed and hosted quite a bit through travelling for downhill skateboard racing. I'd like to do more of the same with Couchsurfing.
Traveling is a big part of downhill skateboarding since riding new terrain with different people is how we progress our skills. Hosting each other around the world became the norm since we'd rather see our friends from afar spend their hard earned money on equipment, plane tickets and race entry fees than hotel rooms.

Interesses

Stories and storytellers... Met a lot of cool people and heard a lot of good ones, wish I can get better at telling my own stories.

Skateboarded down a (closed) mountain pass road in the pouring rain in Slovenia...
Not long after that, I traveled coast to coast and back across North America on a pirate ship of an RV with 10 other skaters, riding legendary mountain roads along the way and opened the doors to the Church of Skatan -- a little Celtic Church now converted into a museum and hostel for skaters, bikers, and travelers around the globe, in Cape North, Nova Scotia, Canada, on top of 5 epic mountain pass runs right next to the Atlantic Ocean.
