Since i've started my formation as a Baker at " L'Association des Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France" I've had the opportunity to meet a huge amount of people. During our formation we live in communities, work in some companies and each of us change everything every year which is really rewarding.
Not everybody is made or open for these kind of experiences.
It requires a lot of qualities like patience, respect, honnesty, ease of adaptation etc.
It is for me the best school of life. It is far from easy, and not everybody is ready to work hard and make sacrifices required to form himself fast and efficiently.
It teaches us the basis of life. like being very conscious, knowing ourselves, working on our weakness and flaws, perfecting and sharing our qualities and values. Things like human values which tend to be more and more forgotten nowadays. Questioning everything in order to know the Why and the what for...
Lot of things that help us become better persons in our society and in our Workplaces.
After many years of struggle, I never gave up and I can now tell that this is one of the best thing that happened to me. Even if it brokes me at some point, I am very thankfull for what i have learnt and what i've become.
"Sometimes you have to break everything to rebuild better".
