Born and raised in Canada with a Chinese-Vietnamese twist; currently on a break from work to experience Latin America and learn Spanish while I'm at it.

I'm easy going and knows how to enjoy the simple things in life like great company and engaging conversation. I'm passionate about health and fitness so that we can all enjoy life to it's maximum capacity and doing that in nature is one of my favourite things in the world.

I try to make the best out of any given situation and in constant pursuit to better myself.
