I am a graduate at the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in biology and I am currently attending UT Health Science Center Houston for a nursing degree. I did a skin biology research internship in Singapore summer of 2015 and caught the travel bug ever since.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurf to travel cheaply and meet people of all kinds of walks. One thing I hope to get out of couchsurf abroad is learning about the local culture and what better way to do that than meeting up with the locals.

Interests

I like to ballroom dance and my favorite dances are salsa, bachata and west coast swing. I enjoy spending my time camping, biking, running, and taking my dog on outdoor adventures. Something I wish I had more time and money to do is adrenaline rushing activities such as white water rafting and surfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to many genres of music. Right now I am into EDM. I am currently hooked into watching the TV shows The Amazing Race and The 100. My favorite movies are Interstellar and La la land

I can teach some basic social dancing and origami. I am interested in learning languages and dances from different cultures. I enjoy sharing travel experiences, tips, and trades.
