One of my favorite books is Shantaram - a prisoner escapes from Australia to India, where he begins a new life. What is good, and what is bad? Philosophical struggles in between underworld, romance, life and compassion.

One of a my favourite movies is Pulp Fiction and generally a great bunch of older Tarantino and Scorsese. Polanski has made a few phenomenal movies as well.

As to tv shows, just ask me in person there are quite a few.
