Adventurer :)

Apart from standing 170cm tall without shoes,
I'm a positively enthusiastic, polite and adventurous person. n.n
I live in a little city called Toowoomba, which is the biggest regional city in Queensland, Australia.
It's a lovely area, and close to Brisbane and the Eastern Coast.
Curiously, I've travelled greater distances and visited more major cities overseas than I have in my own country. Hopefully, I will travel more extensively through Australia in the future..

I'm a nomad in my spare time, and I love learning foreign languages, experiencing different cultures and expanding my perspective on our global community, whilst making new friends along the way. :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I would like to connect and share with other people, from all over the globe, and to make new friends, wherever adventure takes me!

I spent over nine months in Canada, from June 2015 to March, 2016. The country was truly awe-inspiring, with both beautiful scenery and wonderful people. After that I spent two months in Europe and the UK, which was another wonderful experience that I will never forget. n.n

Musik, Filme und Bücher

A Fortunate Life - A.B. Facey, The Father Brown Stories - G.K. Chesterton. Basically, any thing by John Le Carre, Tolkien, Chesterton, Kipling or Wilde.

I listen to all kinds of music, but I particularly love contemporary instrumental and classical guitar, a capella, post-rock and acoustic folk. Also, musical theatre!

Any film with Christopher Lee, Geoffrey Rush or Elijah Wood is a must-see.

I ran into Lake Ontario on New Year's Day (it was snowing), to raise funds for a humanitarian charity.

Yo corrí y entré el Lago de Ontario en el día del año nuevo (estaba nevando), para recaudar fondos para una caridad humanitaria.

I'm happy to sing a song or play a tune for any one, practise vegan culinary repetoire, and I'm always up for interesting conversations, sharing new experiences and learning new things!

If you're a visitor in the Toowoomba area, I'm more than happy to go sight-seeing and adventuring with you. :) Unfortunately, I can't host any-one between November and January, as I will be travelling. However, I can still try to get you a place to stay in Toowoomba, as I have many friends there.

Estoy feliz de cantar o tocar un canción para todos, practicar cocina vegana, y siempre me llaman la atención las conversaciones interesantes, y también me encanta compartir experiencias nuevas y aprender cosas nuevas.

Si visitas la zona de Toowoomba, estaré más que feliz de salir y ver lo que sea contigo. Desafortunadamente, no estaré en casa durante Noviembre y Enero, porque estaré viajando. Sin cambio, todavía yo puedo ayudarte por encontrar acomodación, porque tengo a muchos amigos acá. :)

I can practise Spanish and English with you, play music or sing for/with you. I'm also fairly handy with cleaning and cooking.

Most importantly, though, I have an extensive collection of cheesy jokes, with which I always manage to garner a smile. :)
