I like to transform people through design of experiences both visual and experiential. I also happen to run a design and animation studio with a training facility.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel sometimes and like to meet people and learn about cultures. I've been to Korea a few times and stayed with families whereas in other places i had stayed in hotels and could not meet locals, so a friend introduced me to Couchsurf and here I am.

Interests

I maintain a healthy interest in chess and write articles online to motivate students to learn well especially in the field of design. I take keen interest in how society is changing and what shape it may take in future and also where we lack to understand the importance of the older ways of living and the impact of moving away from those.

Music, Movies, and Books

Animation Movies usually like Inside Out, ICe Age, Madagascar, but anything with an offbeat track would do like Inception, Alice in Wonderland, Saving Mr. Banks, - even TV Series like the new Sherlock Holmes, House of Lies, Dr. House etc. Books! aaah! I love books right from Gandhi's Autobiography, Horrible Histories, Horrible Science, Disappearing Spoon, Just like Walt, Confessions of an Advertising Man, Storytelling through Animation, and a lot of books on design, animation and game design.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have become friends with more than 10000 artists (the number grows each day) around the world including some leading Professors of Art, and we're into a lot of discussion about art and it's evolution on a regular basis.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love connecting with Artists around the world and dream of creating a platform for artists to share ideas and discuss and understand other perspectives and points of views, and maybe even get feedback on their current work in progress. I also happened to guide students across the world in their careers and yes I do not charge them anything for this.

I can surely teach chess to a lot of people.
