CURRENT MISSION
Watching the wheels go round...
ABOUT ME
I guess I am a pretty laid back, simple man. I believe in politeness and treating people exactly like you would like to be treated. I work hard to reach my objectives, but I always give in to a couple of mundane pleasures on the way.

PHILOSOPHY
I just try not to get into anyones´ way without letting my goals and objectives be left behind. That is, try and do your thing without stepping on anyone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am willing to help other people to make the best of all our traveling experiences. I love to host people and try to really get them to know Rio well and I always try to go out at least for a couple of beers with my guests!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have only had wonderful couch surfing experiences so far. It has been great learning and sharing so many different experiences with people I would have otherwise probably never met. CouchSurfing is a very revealing experience and changes the way you think of the world.
Interests
I like sports, mainly Golf, football and mainly Botafogo!, reading, movies, good food, having a nice chat with interesting people, especially while having a couple of beers!

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like rock (beatles, led zeppelin, the Who, David Bowie, Talking Head etc), jazz (i´ve become very interested lately... Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Charles Mingus, John Coltrane, Dave Brubeck, Chet Baker, and many othres) MPB (brazilian popular music) with Tom Jobim, Toquinho, Paulinho Nogueira, Chico Buarque, Baden Powell, Mutantes and many others too. I have been reading less (stupid internet) but i loved 1984, in cold blood, on the road and a whole bunch of other books. If I were to describe the movies I like, this box would not be enough...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lots of things. Just too many to describe, but living in europe alone for 6 months opened my mind a great deal!
Teach, Learn, Share
I think an ideal way to interact with people is pretending as if you were old friends. Try to like and understand people before you judge them! I like trust people beforehand and not make them have to prove trustworthy.
