Organized a five-day winter camp in Brazil focused on leadership development for 40 people, with thousands of applicants and being responsible to create an awesome experience for them. Definitely the most emotional and rewarding experience I have ever been through.

I can share Vipassana (meditation technique), NonViolent Communication (framework of communication based on the principles of non-violence), other methodologies for experience/process design, my perspective over international relation and politics and languages :)
