Hello! I've lived in Dayton, Ohio my whole life, but recently have started to branch out. I've spent four years at a university in Chicago and studied abroad in Glasgow, Scotland for five months so I'd technically call it living there. During my time there (early 2019), I realized how little I've seen of the country I've lived in my whole life.

I thoroughly enjoy culture and seeing various parts of the world and especially where I'm from. Because of that, I want to go to all 50 states and this is a great way to do that with ease while getting advice from locals! (More skip below)

It is so spectacularly stunning to hear about every individual living their individual life intertwined with others and then being welcoming enough to allow another to join that masterwork for a few days. Getting to know someone along the way wouldn't be right outside of a house.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Trying to complete bucket list goal of visiting all 50 states and simply trying to keep travel cheap while going so much further into the culture by being in the culture of that person in their house/location

Interests

I started playing volleyball in high school and have played since 2014. In terms of other activities, I played soccer until middle school, joined an ultimate frisbee team for a year in college, played clarinet in a competitive high school marching band for four years, and I'm trying to learn to ice skate so I can eventually play my favorite sport to watch, HOCKEY!
