Heey I'm a relaxed, spiritual and openminded person who likes traveling and enjoying the simple things in life, but can also be very adventurous and active. I'm an expert in adapting to my surroundings. You'll find me easy to talk to about a wide variety of subjects.
I'm vegetarian and food conscious...
Argh describing yourself in a few lines is nearly impossible :=p

About my Likes : I love to travel and explore new cultures and meet the local people. I'm not to fond of the tourist stuff so much though. I rather go where there are less tourists and have a genuine experience from a place I visit.
I really like a warm climate with alot of sun. I just love being outdoors / in nature (beaches,near a river or lake or just in the wild) are my favorites.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really like the idea of having nice interesting people over at your place, from around the world who want to do more then just book a holiday and sleep in a hotel. But actually directly meet and spend time with a Local who knows alot about the place he/she lives in and can give u a fascinating insight of how life is at that particular place. There are so many Good things about it . It's hard to put down in just a few lines ,just going to give some examples then. Like Sharing interests with each other, Sharing travel story's and trips from around the globe, letting people see an other side of the City/country they are visting, Possibly making good friends, Exchanging cooking-styles ^^ ect....

Music: Most of the best music is already made, so i guess i love alot of music but not so fond of the commercial new music people are making. But to give some examples of music I like ; lyrical rap,hip-hop, Oldies ,70ies,80ies,90ies, world music, classic,reggea,goa trance electronic music, house, rock, Just the classics , songs they play on your radio when it's time for the countdown of best 2OOO songs ever , ect ...

Well one of the things that's still very dear to me is. That I have lived in a private nature reserve in mpumalanga South Africa for about 1.5 years. I was part of a small community living there completely off grid in a Valley surrounded by incredibly beautiful fauna and flora and alot of wildlife. Our idea was to make it into a place of retreat and generally a space to learn people how to live a more sustainable and holistic lifestyle.
