Traveling through Canada and Northeast U.S. by bike in the summer of 2015. Excited by this mission and ready to meet new lovely friends!

ABOUT ME

I am a musician first and foremost. I have played guitar and sang since middle school and moved to Austin, TX to play music. I have travelled all over America by bike. Lived in Portland, OR for a small time. I also have many other strange smaller hobbies. I love parkour, language, reading, hacky sac, frisbee, making bracelets and jewelry, sewing, knitting, Muay Thai kickboxing, yoga, etc.

PHILOSOPHY

How tough is this question? I guess I'm still kinda trying to figure that out! Any help I can get from anyone is appreciative. I am still listening to all the different ways there are to think about the world. I love to listen to other people's languages, beliefs, and stories. These help me to better understand another piece of the world. I try as hard as I can to have no stance and remain neutral to most things at the moment. I have plenty of time to develop and watch change my opinions and beliefs in life. No rush here.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had many amazing surfing experiences. Traveled across the U.S. on bike a couple of times. I hope to give back soon and do some major hosting. The community feel is a great thing. It is awesome to know that there are so many kind people in the world.

I travelled on a bike tour from Portland, OR to Los Angeles, CA. I have completed a solo cross-country bike tour from Indianapolis, IN to Portland, OR. I am interested in meeting as many people around the city as possible; really digging in and learning everything I can from anyone who is willing to show me their life and share their knowledge. There is something to be realized and gained in every activity and I want it all! Thank you and I hope life is going extremely well for you and yours!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen much to speak about on over 5,000 miles of bike touring. ;) I have been to the Badlands, Black Hills, Devil's Tower, and Bighorn Mountains. Portland, OR. Austin, TX. San Francisco, CA. Los Angeles. Moab, UT, Keystone, CO. Arches. Redwoods. Yosemite. Yellowstone.
27 states so far, 23 to go. Plus, I need to get more international travel under my belt.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach guitar or just music theory in general, knitting, friendship bracelet making, origami bouquets, and some sewing.
