About Me

I'm a medicine student from Cologne. I tried out Couchsurfing for the first time when I was working in a public health project in India for half a year and traveled around the country after that. I haven't actually used it for sleep-over purposes so much, but found it very useful in terms of finding open-minded travelers or locals to hang out with and have insightful experiences together.

Apart from medicine, I really do love reading books, and the genres I'm interested in span from classic literature over non-fiction books (generally anything that involves science, philosophy, history) to fantasy, sci-fi and novels. I think the only genres I don't read are thrillers and romantic novels.

Other hobbies involve music - I studied the piano since I was five years old, so generally I like listening to piano music and playing it. But generally I digest a wide range of music, particularly jazz, blues and folk music.
I also enjoy cooking a lot - so if you like hanging out with a small bunch of people and listen to some good music, cook together and enjoy a nice sip of wine or beer, I'm definitely the right person to hang out with.

So yeah - feel free to contact me!
