ABOUT ME

Would I be original if I say that I'm open minded, easy-going and always optimistic?

I like laughing! I have a terrible laugh but I don't care, I like it...

I like meeting people, traveling, discovering new things, talking, eating (especially spicy and Asian food) drinking and dancing... I used to be a hard party girl but I guess that because I'm getting older I'm quieter now...

I've been in Australia for a few months with my boyfriend Eric. We first worked in the great city of Fremantle (WA) and then we bought a van. Eric set up the inside and we hit the road for 8 months... We've just sold our van in Brisbane...

Next step: Darwin and 2 months in Indonesia...

I host people and surf couches as much as i can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been a member of CS since 2010... In a few years, I hosted people in Hungary where I was an exchange student and in Belgium... I also surfed some couches all around Europe... I travel a lot (or at least I travel as much as I can) and CS always contributes to my travels... All my experiences were positive and I am still in contact with some people I hosted. Some of them become real friends of mine... That's the reason why I try to be an active member.

As I said before: travelling, music, reading, cooking,festivals, talking a lot, dancing, laughing, drinking, eating, partying,...

I like spending time with my friends, my family, my boyfriend and people in general... I don't like being alone. I used to live with 11 people (for 5years) and I have 2 brothers and 1 sister so I like being surrounded by people.

MOVIES: les invasions barbares; gegen die wand; va, vis et deviens; le scaphandre et le papillon; Sean Penn..

BOOKS: I read a lot. L'écume des jours (Boris Vian); What is the what (Eggers)are among my favorite books.

TV: les guignols, le zapping, the Simpsons (homer!) I also like watching TVshows with political debates...

MUSIC is very important to me. I listen to different kinds of music: hip hop -€“ reggae -€“ dub -“ funk - jazz - blues - trip hop... So I like concerts and also drum&bass or dubstep parties. But i prefer music festivals to spend the whole night dancing, drinking and laughing with people that - I most of the time- don't even know!

I cannot imagine my summer without music festivals: ardentes, esperanzah, cabaret vert or the best one in Belgium: Dour festival. I also went to Sziget festival in Hungary : huge, perfect but exhausting!

Harmonica is one of my favorite instruments...

the word amazing is so subjective.. sometimes stupid or normal things are amazing for someone and not for others... I'll think about that...
