My name is Violet. I am a 22 years old girl, originally from a very beautiful city in China called Chongqing, we are very famous for hotpot, spicy chicken, spicy noodles so basically everything that is spicy haha. So it would be a very good choice if you are planning your trip to China. Now I am currently living in Adelaide, South Australia, a very pretty wine state, we produce world class Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet sauvignon and so on and that’s the reason why I come here ;) I am now having my last year in viticulture and winemaking degree at The University of Adelaide. And yes you are right! I have big passions about wine, wine stories and all the mystery about wine!!
