About Me

Еnergetic, motivated and inspired to make my own reality, usually smiling.
I haven't been travelling much recently (or accepting guests) because all my free time, energy and resources have been going to building a house in the countryside, nearby my home city. I've been trying to escape city life for a while now but it has proven quite a challenge. Once I'm done with the house, my dream is to turn the 3000 sq-meter yard into a low-cost outdoor center for free (as in unguided) play - kids and adult equally welcome, we all need play! :D The main idea is to get them city kids away from phones and tablets, into the forest, the field, on the swing, on the trees.
For living I do research (social, as in almost anything related to people and society) and I work with kids, all on free-lance basis.

Music, Movies, and Books

music - psy-trance for partying, chillout / ambient when relaxing at home, 60s-70s classics when nostalgic, classical (especially Bach!!) when in a dramatic mood, ethnic (e.g. Indian, Persian) for yoga... and the list goes on
movies - dramas, the more crying involved the better; drama can nicely mix with comedy (eg Kusturica movies); also documentaries about nature and society
books - my tastes keeps chaning, Terry Pratchet and John Steinbeck are all-time favourites, so is Bill Bryson's Short history of nearly everything; recently I've been enjoying books which help me delve into other cultures, eg. Khaled Hosseini, Elif Shafak; mostly busy with academic literature nowadays

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not sure I have any special skills, tho I do have

What I Can Share with Hosts

nice company, some optimism, stories from my trips to civilized an wild destinations, insight into psychological and social processes, though also a keen listener; in all cases - very open, sincere and direct communication with all its pros and cons

I have been doing yoga for quite a while and have some experience as a teacher, so I would love to share what I know

There is some knowledge on natural remedies I could share, including every-day cleansing practices
and super-healthy no cooked fat vegan foods and recipes, which most people aren't particularly keen on (remanants from my ultra healthy late 20s)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Greece, India, Israel, Jordan, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey
