ABOUT ME

I think we live in a beautiful place..I mean the Earth is a magical place! I can't stand but travel..
The world on the other hand is a really problematic place. Part of that is the tourism industry which I see that supports the whole consumer society we live in. But you don't consume the places you visit, you don't consume the cities or the nature and you don't consume the cultural sights or culture in the making on the streets of the cities,the villages and all the places you visit. I don't see myself in that kind of world, I don't feel a consumer tourist. Part of that makes me like the idea of couchsurfing. I like the idea of surfing or hosting people.. We did sleepovers all the time as kids, we host new and old friends on a couch now. That's a kind of nice tradition..

Music, Movies, and Books

I can't feel saying so... because there are countless
but I am in berlin now and I can tell that Wim Wenders "Wings of Desire" (1987) was the first thing that struck my imagination when I first got here.
As for books.. I started here the first novel of Milan Kundera ( The Joke (1967) which I find one of the greatest (and wich also makes me wanna go to Prague..!) and lastly music.....what can I say..rythm is within us..I look forward on listening to Tina Riwens music live somewhere in Berlin...or back home in athens my fiends playing some music..
