ABOUT ME

I finished TTC yoga course in Mysore, now am a yoga teacher and spiritual coach.
I am a joyfull, also very cheerful, with a sense of humor, I approach life as a game, here we each have many different roles, but not everyone knows about it. I love nature, dancing and travelling, and it is involved in the spiritual life. I am a slow person, and I like to take things easy, with a wide sense of time. I lead a clean and healthy lifestyle, do not drink alcohol, no coffee, not smoke and do not take any drugs, lead a healthy lifestyle. I also prefer vegan food, The meaning of my life, it is awareness in everything, compassionate love for all living beings. 😊💖

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I could write a book on here.
I have travelled since 14 years old.
From the wilderness of Kamchacka, living around the mountains and the volcanic craters and termal waters, in a tent - for a month, wich at my 14 years of age was my most precious experience. Till recently that I travel in a Tour with my beloved Guru Amma (Amritanandamayi)in South India. And walking around he Himalayan range of mountains of Nepal.

Teach, Learn, Share

for me life is a dance, life dances this divine dance through me. I really like to move to music; for me it’s dynamic meditation. Many years ago, in Spain, I studied Shakti Dance.
I am learning, and I would like to share, what I have learned from Ayurveda, and the Vedic way of life.
