About Me

I am a curious guy interested in personal development and I enjoy meeting new people and learning from their life experience. I like radical honesty rather than being polite and talking about weather. I've discovered that by being honest and exposing my own vulnerabilities I can quickly create deep conversations and strong connections where there were none before.

My hobbies include argentine tango dancing, flying gliders/paragliders, impro theater, traveling and exploring around by bicycle/motorbike.

Professionally I'm a freelance software developer interested in Bitcoin. I think that internet money (not controlled by a central bank) is the way of the future and it will offer more freedom to everybody.

CURRENT MISSION

I want to travel more, freelance and meet more people I can learn new things from. I've already visited some of the European capitals but now I want to try something different, minimize my lifestyle, pack something light and travel to random places without coming back "home" for a while. I'd like to meet through couchsurfing people who have already done that.

Another mission of mine is reevaluating monogamy. I've started to doubt that this is the only way two adults can relate and I've met people who live a happy polyamorous life. This encourages me to give up jealousy and create relationships based on honesty and realistic expectations. If you've also tried giving up jealousy then I would like to share and learn from your experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a good way to meet open minded people who also like to travel and learn from their life experience.

I also believe that the best way to know another country is to actually get the feel of the daily life by meeting and staying with locals. I mean, you learn some things about their life style, culture and habits, and that's very interesting for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I loved listening to Pink Floyd when I was in high school and it represented the definition of music for me. These days I enjoy more dancing on tango music. There are two books that changed my life: "Power of Now" has brought me to the present moment and made me truly live my life and "1984" reminded me about the freedom we have, to travel, to love and more! We'll talk about movies when we meet...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm passionate about argentine tango and I've traveled for a month to Buenos Aires to learn the essence of the tango from the old milongueros. Breathing and living tango, day and night, meeting other people who also traveled across the world to do the same, dancing in an intimate embrace with girls that I've just met seconds ago... It was an amazing experience.

I also like to fly with a paraglider and the best and longest flight I had in Ölüdeniz, Turkey, near Babadag mountain: 5 and a half hours in the air, without any engine, just harvesting the power of the nature! I took of from the top of the mountain at noon and I enjoyed so much dancing with the thermals and the clouds that I completely forgot about food, water and everything else...

And last but not least ... I got a one way ticket to Bali!
