HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By opening my door / heart / mind to all of you if I am able to to it and hosting more than being hosted (because soooo difficult !!! to get a couch). I always help my guests as much as possible: arranging another couch through CSurfing if I'm able to, helping to find the cheapest way to reach the next destination and by giving tips to any destination.

Group participation in 2 main subjects and from time to time in some others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Travelled - still travelling - extensively around the world before the Internet era. CSurfing is one way to meet with People I would not meet another way.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

not to be said but stow away to Canada (twice from Le Havre to Montreal at first and once more from St Pierre et Miquelon to Halifax)), stow away to Japan by boat from Vancouver through the Aleoutians (in fact made it twice Eastwards and Weswards to Tokyo from Paris exclusively overland/sea). crossed the Rio Grande as a "wet back". rode freight trains in U.S and Russia as a hobo. came back from India riding a "rickshaw" (bicycle taxi) and much more to tell if you ask me. Not long ago hitch-hiked from Western Europe to Bangkok in 6 weeks (altogether 20 000 km through Russia and China, see report in hitch-hiker section). Anyhow like better to be in the present and not look in the past. Tomorrow is another day to come. Enjoy now.
