Overview
About Me
Global citizen from a little town.
Also Young Europan Ambassador, Marketing Management student, former AFS Hungary trainer and a tea-drinking bookworm.
I can't sit on my bum too long, so I always end up skipping school to take part in an Erasmus+, volunteer somewhere or just to get away and rewind a little. I also love baking, historical books, discovering music from all around the world (my favourite so far is Latvian music) and intercultural learning.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As almost every student I am always on a budget and I prefer meeting with people who are actually living in a city I'm visiting over a hotel what could be anywhere in the world.
At first 'meeting with people' meant spending the nights at airports and railway stations (and talking for hours with fellow travellers). But on a chilly Romanian afternoon I ended up in the apartment of my travel companion's host, who proved all my fears about Couchsurfing wrong.. soo here I am now. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Waited 10 months to be able to travel to Latvia and buy my favourite sweets, Serenāde. It is a small piece of apricot jelly and nuts covered in dark chocolate and when I was first offered some in Belgium I could not decide which one I loved the most: the chocolate or the girl holding the box.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love baking, so if you are interested in making your own bread, cinammon buns or anything else I'd be happy to share my experience or the end results with you :) I am not an expert in cooking though, so I'd love to hear if you have any healthy recipes (I gotta make up for all that pastry)!
