My name is Vira. I'm Ukrainian, from Zaporizhzhya, currently live and study in Kyiv. I`m a student of Polish Philology at Taras Shevchenko National University. My hobby is a traditional Ukrainian art – «pisankarstvo» (Easter eggs). I am fond of Ukrainian traditions, folk culture and history of my country.

I am open-minded, easy-going person with sense of humor :) I like travelling, learning languages . Aslo I like to learn our amazing planet, try something new, discover new cultures, meet interesting people and have adventures with them.

People all over the world are so different, but still we all have something in common. So the main thing is always to be yourself!

As for me, unforgettable trips, communication with the locals is the best priceless experience . In my opinion , the only way to learn a new country, its culture, customs and traditions is observing a local’s people lifestyle. Besides, Couchsurfing is much more better that boring hotels.
