About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Move from country to country, job after job, until the day I’ll decide to settle down!
ABOUT ME
Originally from France, I decided after my graduation that there's too many things to discover in this world to stay in your beloved comfort zone. I have started my journey by spending 3 years in the US, visiting new states/cities/parks everytime I could.
I have moved to England last May for a new job, which is a good way to start all over again!
I enjoy discovering new places, cultures, landscapes, dishes, etc... Everything that can make the beauty of a country and its people!
PHILOSOPHY
"Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday, and all is well"!
I also tend to believe that happiness doesn't depend on your relatives or the amount of money you have, but rather on your own capacity of willing to be happy and cross the mental fences you built yourself.
Something positive and relaxing I love to do: looking at the world with children eyes and marvel at tiny insignificant things, like a sentence in a book, an old crooked tree on my way to work, etc. It can make my day!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Sadly I won't be able to host, but I'd love to meet new people in Bristol area, and more generally in UK-Ireland. Travellers as well as locals!
I'm looking forward to moving on weekends, joining new groups, showing people around... Well, enjoying my time in this country!
Interests
Trees, books, chocolate, and elephants.
And also travelling, juggling, going to the cinema, going to concerts, judo and chess, writing neverending emails to my friends, cooking pastries/sharing them/blogging the recipe, reading under trees...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Crossing the Golden Gate Bridge with my best friend in a complete fog, and being able to move forward just thanks to the sounds around us... And at last seeing a piece of the sky, clouds ripped by the sun, with a tiny part of the Transamerica tower behind :)
Equally breathtaking: visiting Machu Picchu in Peru. A mystic, green, peaceful and unforgettable experience!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am not sure I have any skill to teach to anyone, besides how to make a good French melt-in-your-mouth chocolate cake... But I would love to learn a new language, how to make decent clothes out of the pretty fabrics I see on vintage markets, and how to use my camera decently and avoid these ugly blurry pictures I keep sending to my family.
