Overview
About Me
I consider myself a sociable and positive person, who loves the opportunity to met new people and share experiences with them.
I've been living in Barcelona for the most of my life, but recently I moved to Lund, Sweden, to finish my bachelor degree. Now I'm taking a break in my studies and trying to adapt in this new country (while I work hard to improve my Swedish! ).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I used to host people while I was living in Barcelona, with my (then) flatmate and friend Sandra Puig (you can find her profile with this name). We had the amazing opportunity to met people form all around the world, and share our culture with them while we also learned about their experiences. I loved to have guests, my favorite part was taking some time to show them the neighborhood and share a beer and some funny stories!
Now I want to have the opportunity to visit people from all around the world, and get to know the real part of the places I'm visiting. I'm in Couchsurfing because it is, in my opinion, the best way to do that :)
Interests
I'm interested (obviously) in science, but I love to have the opportunity to discuss about other topics, specially politics. I like when you can discuss something with someone that has a different point of view (but that respects yours), you always learn new things!
Now that spring is coming I would say that my favourite activity would be going to the park and chill with some friends (or on my own with a nice book).
I love reading and going to the movies (like everyone, no?? 😊) and I am a fan of TV series like GOT, Brön, Friends, how I met your mother, .... (please recomend me more! 😊)

Music, Movies, and Books
I would say, without any doubt, that my favorite band, now and always, is The Beatles. I've grown up with their music 😊 But of course I like other styles, and most of it I like discovering new groups.
Movies.. I don't know! there are so many! It depends on the mood, but I totally hate horror movies, I don't see the point of suffering that much!
And my favorite book... I have to say Harry Potter, but now I must add several of Carlos Ruiz Safón and Ken Follet (I was sooo sad when I finished The Pillars of the Earth).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been to Iceland, in a workcamp, and that was absolutely amazing. We could travel around the island and see its stunning landscapes, we even went for a 2h trekking to the top of a mountain where there was a thermal fountain and we took a bath there! that was an incredible experience, I would recommend everyone to go there.
