Overview
About Me
I come from small town Carlisle, PA in the U.S. Graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Biology, concentration in Ecology and Environmental Sciences. Pretty down to earth, outgoing person who loves people, animals, and the outdoors. Enjoying life and trying to make the most out of it as much as possible!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing makes me feel good about humanity in the random kindness that can be shown stranger to stranger. As a traveler, I enjoy meeting and getting to know local people and their places from a non-tourist perspective. I also find it to be a more personal and open-hearted way of meeting people versus staying in a hostel or other accommodation. I think it is a great way to connect people from all over and I want to be apart of that connectivity as a traveler and a host to help and provide some generosity to people whenever I can

Music in general!
Teach, Learn, Share
If you have a guitar, mandolin, fiddle or sax laying around and are trying to learn I'm happy to teach you what I know! If you want to learn how to knit I'm pretty solid at that as well.
I love learning languages! If you speak another language I will probably ask you about it. Particularly French, Spanish, or German. If you have any delicious cooking skills, I'm a willing student. My knowledge in the kitchen is limited.
I love playing music with people! Jamming and swapping tunes is one of my favorite things to do. Meals, beers, stories, good conversation and laughs, random adventures. Happy to share what I can!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good company and conversation - I like to say I can talk to and get along with just about anybody, can also be pretty quiet and a listener, musical talents, a helping hand with chores and things around the house, meals - both the cooking and sharing of them, beers, good laughs, potential lifelong friendship that bridges time & distance
