About Me

Trying to describe myself in a couple of sentences is too complicated for my lazy brain. They told me I became open-minded since I left my parents' place eight years ago. I live in a big apartment in Venice with a couple of friends, and a lot of others coming and going.
They'll tell you I respect people. I don't bite, I swear. I'm clean and I tidy up my flat everyday (yes, I'm a little maniac). I enjoy both long and pointless conversation and hours of silence. I write down my stuff most of the time, and you'll probably be the subject of a short novel.
I'm old-fashioned but not old: I love partying and afterpartying.
I'll be adopted soon by a cat named Annie.
In a couple of months I'll get my first tattoo, something related to the solar system (I will include Pluto as a planet).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Always glad to share something with hosts and guests: the hidden treasure of all places are not reachable without the advice of a local. Proud to show my beloved island/golden cage, Venice (still not able to leave it, even if in order to get a better job I should just move to Milan like everybody else does and live in an ugly apartment in a dull street surrounded by dull buildings with a grey sky above. No, I won't. I'm a hopeless romantic).

Music, Movies, and Books

Gary Bartz says: "Music is my sanctuary, my life". I listen to every kind of music which doesn't hurt my skin. From jazz to techno, my ears tried a lot of good stuff. I would love to discover new artists everyday.

Give me hours of Tarkovskij's movies and I'll be happy forever (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JikGhqQh4c4).

My relationship with books is compulsive. I eat (not literaly for now) tons of paper every year, but if a book doesn't make me feel higher than stars I will just forget it. Now I'm totally into poems and short novels. Trying to prove to myself I'm not always coherent, I read Kundera's "The unbearable lightness of being" for the first time in my life some time ago and it almost killed me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I graduated.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not sure I could teach something to someone else, I'll have more to learn from you instead.
If I'm talking too much, there's a button on the back of my neck: you can easily switch me off.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My homies say I cook cool stuff. A bottle of good white wine is always available in my fridge: you'll never know when the thirst is coming up. I'm a professional mosquito killer and birthday's (hardcore) party planner.
Let's share good conversation, drinks, walks and whatever makes us happy.
