ABOUT ME

Yea so what is "me"? The first moment I wanted to write that I am probarbely someone who can't sit still for a second. A day is a spoiled day for me if nothing is happening. I like going out, meeting new people and have fun.. I also like developing new ideas and exchanging thoughts... on what? Actually on really everything except historical events =)

Now the problem with that description is that it usually is applicable for me but sometimes I also enjoy being calm and switching my brains off, doing nonsence ;-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just discovered couchsurfing in Munich while I had a look at the University. Now I offer my sleeping-couch to people searching for some place to stay for couple of nights and use couchsurfing when going on adventurous trips (Though I am also camping some times)

Interests

My hobbies are martial arts, Beach-Volleyball and running.

Apart from that I'm interestet in Molecular Cooking, Politcs (former member of the Youth Parliament of my town and the state), sociology and philosophy

Especially I'm interested in projects/ideas shaping the environment we live in:
- Developing a Jughurt (for the state of the Art-Project awarded to Bayer-Prize)
- Developing a platform to support charity-organizations
- Developing a Coating for a Drug-Elluting-Balloon-Catheter (already got two patents and much more...)
- Psychological Project on "Team-Building" and Motivation (Met Harvard-Professor Ed Schein throughout the project)

At the moment I am Studieing medicine on Charite and am working in the Experimental and Clinical Research Center to help healing muscle deseases.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I felt like running when I went to Edinburgh... so I started at about 12 o'clock.. without any card food or water... and arrived somehow in the middle of the night in St. Andrews... must have been a little more than 100 km. In this way I met many interesting people.. later on I went to Shetland Islands... all in all a funny trip

Teach, Learn, Share

I occupied myself quite for a while with molecular cooking and yea... I guess as I love doing projects I would also really enjoy "teaching" about this.

I really love learning new languages or improving the languages I know..

Though I don't play an instrument I always enjoy learning some easy pieces from friends..
