ABOUT ME

We're 28, very animal friendly people, we have parrots, couple dogs, some chickens. We're both teachers, and love to travel, having animals and traveling doesn't really mix too well, but we make it work. Love to learn, and love to learn about other cultures/people.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is here to be enjoyed, be happy, there's no excuse to be anything else. Giving to others, participating in a positive way in the needs of the global community is what it's all about, for me anyway :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had the worst luck getting hosted. We've tried twice now, but had to do the hostel thing. We've hosted lots though and have LOVED it. One day the stars will line up and we'll get to surf somewhere awesome.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Worked with a school for the blind in Vietnam, teaching the staff there how to teach kids with blindness. Currently starting a non profit with the mission of changing the Vietnamese culture to be more accepting of people with disabilities, and appreciating their capacity to contribute.
